The pipe-treatment process is designed to loosen and remove biofilm from inside the spa plumbing. Heavy or long-standing contamination may require additional treatment, depending on the condition of the pipework.
No. Please leave the spa full. We need the existing water to circulate the pipe and biofilm treatment through the plumbing before draining it. Emptying the spa beforehand would prevent this essential cleaning step.
